Mark Ellis is an experienced property valuer having over 15 years experience in valuing property in New South Wales. He has undertaken valuation inspections and reports for the Local Court, Federal Magistrates Court, Supreme Court and Land & Environment Court as well as the Commercial Tribunal, Consumer Traders and Tenancies Tribunal, Administrative Decisions Tribunal, and Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

Mark is a wholly independent valuer who believes that thorough supporting research must be undertaken to support a valuation assessment should it be required to stand up under cross examination in a Court situation.
Mark's recent experience includes the following:
- Establishing market rent for industrial premises where the tenant had been in adverse possession for over 12 months. (Supreme Court)
- Providing a retrospective market valuation assessment for the Supreme Court on a parcel of land previously having redevelopment potential at the time the purchaser rescinded a Contract of Sale.
- Providing retrospective and current market value assessments on new residential apartments where purchasers had rescinded contracts due to an Environmental Management Plan being registered on Title regarding site re mediation works. (Supreme Court)
- Providing retrospective and current market value assessments on new residential apartments where purchasers had rescinded contracts due to claimed discrepancies on the advertised floor areas and the "as built" areas. (Supreme Court)
- Assessing the value of works undertaken by a residential Tenant on a property they had been in adverse possession for a number of years. (Supreme Court)
- Assessing the market value of more than 50 parcels of land in a flood liable location as part of an objection to an assessment by a Government Department. (Administrative Appeals Tribunal)
- Providing residential market rents for a Government Department- Consumer Trader & Tenancy Tribunal.
- Retrospective valuation on a potential development site where it was claimed that the sale price was not at market value. (Industrial Relations Court of New South Wales)
